Community Support with Green Paths Education CIC

Empowering adults, families and communities through outdoor connection, support and education in North Devon

Supporting Communities Through Nature

At Green Paths Education CIC, we believe that every individual deserves the chance to feel connected, valued and supported—regardless of background, ability or circumstance. Our community support services use the power of the outdoors to nurture wellbeing, foster resilience, and build life-enhancing skills. Whether you’re navigating a new diagnosis, looking for emotional support, or just seeking calm connection in nature, our welcoming environment and tailored support are here for you.

Adult Workshops & Woodland Wellbeing

Our adult sessions offer gentle woodland time, opportunities to learn new outdoor skills, and space to unwind around the fire. These sessions are ideal for:

  • Parents and carers seeking time for themselves

  • Adults with additional needs looking for a therapeutic connection

  • Individuals wanting to build confidence, skills or friendships

Workshops may include:

  • Natural crafts and bushcraft

  • Outdoor cooking and campfire mindfulness

  • Forest therapy and social connection

Our sessions are inclusive, informal, and always welcoming—whether you're here to chat, create, or just soak up the forest atmosphere.

SEND Support & EHCP Guidance

We offer tailored support for children, young people, and families navigating the SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) journey.

  • EHCP (Education, Health and Care Plan) advice: Helping parents understand and navigate the process, including guidance with applications and annual reviews.

  • Outdoor learning for SEND children: We create nurturing, small-group or 1:1 outdoor sessions designed around each young person’s needs, interests and sensory preferences.

  • Empowering families: We listen without judgment and walk alongside you, offering nature-based solutions that build confidence and reduce isolation.

Whether you’re early in the diagnosis journey or looking for support in managing transitions, we’re here to help.

SEMH & Whole-Family Support

We specialise in working with children and families experiencing Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges. Our inclusive outdoor programmes support:

  • Emotional regulation and confidence building
